Research interests

My group is interested in the regulation of intestinal function by a special brand of the autonomic nervous system, i.e. the enteric nervous system with special interest in neuro-immune-interactions. Further focus areas are regulation of epithelial ion transporters and the role of non-neuronal acetylcholine.
